We are positive that all of our customers will be 100% pleased with our products and the service we provide.  Every item we sell is 100% authentic and will come with our A1SportingSpeakers certificate of authenticity.  We do our best  to ensure you will receive our goods well-packaged and safely shipped.  We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund, providing it is in an unused condition and in it’s original packaging.  To start a return, you can contact us at : a1sportingspeakers.shop@outlook.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A1SportingSpeakers, Shaw Park,Burley Road,Winkton,Christchurch,Dorset,BH23 7AN Please note:  The customer is responsible for return postage costs. You can always contact us for any return questions at : a1sportingspeakers.shop@outlook.com Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your item.  PRODUCT CONDITION: Please take care when taking your items out of the packaging.We will not be liable for any damages that occur when unpacking the items.  GLOVES & BOOTS: Signature location and size will vary; based on the type of glove/boot and/or specific sport. You will receive a left OR right glove/boot. SHIRTS: We do not have the ability to track shirt sizes, as they are often folded and packaged from the signings and/or Authenticator. You may receive any size from S,M,XL, in some cases XXL, signature positions and sizes may vary.
