Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your item.  PRODUCT CONDITION: Please take care when taking your items out of the packaging.We will not be liable for any damages that occur when unpacking the items.  GLOVES & BOOTS: Signature location and size will vary; based on the type of glove/boot and/or specific sport. You will receive a left OR right glove/boot. SHIRTS: We do not have the ability to track shirt sizes, as they are often folded and packaged from the signings and/or Authenticator. You may receive any size from S,M,XL, in some cases XXL, signature positions and sizes may vary.
