You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your item.  PRODUCT CONDITION: Please take care when taking your items out of the packaging.We will not be liable for any damages that occur when unpacking the items.  GLOVES & BOOTS: Signature location and size will vary; based on the type of glove/boot and/or specific sport. You will receive a left OR right glove/boot. SHIRTS: We do not have the ability to track shirt sizes, as they are often folded and packaged from the signings and/or Authenticator. You may receive any size from S,M,XL, in some cases XXL, signature positions and sizes may vary.
